ABOUT ME
I struggled with obesity for most of my childhood. I never felt comfortable in my skin. At the ripe age of 12, I was bringing Slim Fast to school for lunch. I tried WW, Atkins, counting calories and more. Nothing seemed to work in the long term. Until I was about 16 years old and lost 60lbs following a Jessica Simpson diet I found in People Magazine. But surprise! It was basically a 1200 calorie diet and not sustainable AT ALL, which is exactly how I ended up gaining over half the weight back. It was then that I knew there had to be a better way.
I decided to study to become a dietitian, so I could figure out what that better way might look like. Along the way, I figured out how to feel comfortable in my body and have a peaceful relationship with food- 2 things I thought were mutually exclusive, and I just knew I had to share what I learned with the world. Now every day, I teach women how to feel like the best version of themselves in a way that actually feels good, because let's be real- everyone deserves that!
